EGON FAULHABER Pinzetten was founded in 1970 by Egon Faulhaber and is now regarded as the leading manufacturer of surgical forceps.

The company, which has been renamed and is now known as Faulhaber Pinzetten KG, is being led today by Egon Faulhaber and his son Karsten Faulhaber.

After having gained the necessary expertise in the the development of surgical instruments while working for a large American company for several years, Egon Faulhaber started his own business.

More than 50 years of experience have paid off:
Forceps from Faulhaber are 100% Made in Germany and used worldwide within the medical sector.

Faulhaber Pinzetten KG relies on its skilled experts who ensure precision, quality and success.

We currently employ a staff of more than 70 and are proud that we can seamlessly perform all production steps in-house – from the raw product to the finished surgical instrument. In short: Everything is 100% MADE IN GERMANY

The certification according to DIN EN 13485 as well as our FDA 510K registration confirms our well-known high level of quality.

We believe in a high degree of flexibility in our production, competent customer service and targeted innovation. That is why the Solingen-based raw product manufacturer Ernst Dinger was purchased in 2003. This acquisition not only provides Faulhaber Pinzetten KG with a high degree of flexibility with regard to raw product procurement, but also with independence for the future.

Another important step toward the modernisation of our production was taken with the expansion of our manufacturing facilities to a
total of more than 3,000 m².
